Making a complaint
If you have any concerns about how your personal data is handled, please contact us at info@esm.ae with details of your complaint. We will investigate whether our procedures have been followed and respond accordingly. We aim to address all complaints within 15 working days. If more time is needed, we will keep you informed. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you are welcome to escalate the matter.
