Introducing ESM’s Groundbreaking 5-Star Quality Rating System for Sports Providers
ESM have developed a 5 Star rating system to positively drive quality, identify excellence and guarantee sports programmes delivered at ESM venues continually improve and offer the highest standards of provision.
Our pioneering system is the first of its kind in the region and is based on a 5 Star rating that indicates the level of performance and quality of a provider by focussing on Health and Safety, Child Safeguarding and the quality of provision.
The 5 Star rating system offers unparalleled transparency for all, allowing all stakeholders to not only check a provider is legally compliant but now gives them the ability to fairly compare providers for quality against each other. This will ultimately affect the perception of the quality of programmes offered through the eyes of parents, children and the Schools. Any provider falling below the minimum standard of 60% will not be eligible to work in our Schools.
